At my husband's work---they can access his computer from a company that works on them for his coorperation, They have access and can do anything they want to his system. We (my sister and I spent the night with our grandmother on these nights)----because my parents stayed and counted all the votes by hand---sometimes several times---until they got the same number several times. In not recommending charges, he was able, on live TV, outline ALL the evidence for everyone to see. Laura,I am no lawyer,nor even played one on tv,but I believe Loretta Lynch is the prosecuter and therefore the one with the final word,She could say,While I have heard the recomendation of the FBI,I,do believe it is a prosecutable offense and intend on pursuing it.I'm not holding my breath,just saying,yes,there is some way.Someone correct me if I am mistaken.
