I keep hoping that when Trump get's there, all those involved in any way get their due. She and Obummer both need a time out in prison, And fined until they are pennyless and lose all their benefit's.

Mr Comey has long record as a Conservative Republican and a realist. I think he's being very sly.

As Mr. Comey said, the recommendation is somewhat predicated on the likelihood of the prosecutor proving the case. What would you say the likelihood is of a prosecutor from this Department of Justice proving a case against Hillary Clinton? Trump is right about it being rigged, However, since she will not have been charged, a new DOJ under a Republican President will be able to use the evidence found to move forward with the case without it being double jeopardy.

If we are a nation “of laws, not of men” (as that old basic description of democracy phrased it), then Ms. Clinton will be prosecuted, at least through the grand jury stage, on (at least) those grounds. The decision regarding her innocence or guilt will be made by jurors, not by the broader public — and also not by the nation’s Executive: the President and his appointed Administration. That is what it means for a government to be a functioning democracy. Any government which violates this principle — that it is “of laws, not of men [including women]” — is not functioning as a democracy: it’s something else.
In addition to these criminal laws, there are federal regulations also against these matters, but violations merely of federal regulations (such as these) are far less serious than are actions that violate also federal criminal laws (such as the six that are listed above).

A THINKING person could come to that conclusion, but liberals aren't thinkers, they're determined to destroy the US from within, and by having comey not indict hillary, the leftwing lemmings will be chanting SEE? SEE? Hillary did nothing wrong. A friend of mine in italy told me last year that hillary would become president. Not because we like her, respect her and want her to be commander in chief...but because they know that they will steal the election. All we can hope for is people to vote out the RINOs in congress and give us a veto proof congress...complete with a brain and a backbone.

I respect what you say here Mr. West, but don't you think if the Clintons have enough power to make the director of the FBI commit character assassination, that they will also be controling the election results? After all, it's not who votes...it's who counts the votes. Why can't we the people ban together and insist on getting her put away?

I understand where you are coming from and believe that our government is corrupt to the core. The problem is that those people cheering for this outcome will look no further past the not guilty verdict. I seriously doubt that they listened to the whole speech. Too many heads in the sand with the voters.
Kaleigh Copeland
The National Guard must be called out to monitor voting and screen shots of every vote, even if we must spread voting over a several-day spread. The only way we can get an honest vote tabulation.

I'm sorry Allen. You are a smart man, and typically agree with much of what you say. But you are dead wrong here. The followers of the Clinton cult of personality are not going to waiver. Nor are the Loyal Democrats. And those whose do still have some sense of honor will be too scared to do anything, afraid they'll be disappeared or found dead.

No this is nothing to be delighted about. We are now on a confirmed road to destruction, and our saving grace is someone the GOP is doing everything to destroy.

I prat for this country. It's our only hope.
