Hillary Clintonite with my Photo on FACEBOOK?

A few minutes ago, I got a friend request from a person with my profile photo. The human edited my picture, my avatar, to make it say Hillary Clinton on it & it has some images of her as well. My avatar is a photo of me and my female Vietnamese student. This new FACEBOOK profile account was made a few minutes ago and he or she has no friends. Right now, it is 4 PM, Saturday, the 6th of August 2016 at Tous Les Jours, Le Lai, Q.1, TP.HCM, Vietnam. My name is JOEYARNOLDVN of OATMEAL OREGON USA. I blocked that person as a safety measure because I do not want to be unfairly punished or affected by bad people out there.
