Suppose
I'm an employer who is hiring for an open job position for ONE
applicant. While no formal educational background is required, a high
school diploma, GED, and/or college education is desirable. All that is
required is that person gets the job done and respects his/her clients
and coworkers. Currently, I have two applicants, but I can only hire one
of them, obviously. Here are the two applicants with their unique
backgrounds:
Applicant #1: This applicant is an undocumented immigrant, but is an eligible DREAMer under the DACA program (he was brought here to the USA by his parents during his childhood). This person is a [domestically] law-abiding person (has no criminal record) and has a bachelor's degree. He has lots of talent and experience on how to get this job done effectively.

Applicant #2: This applicant is a White (Caucasian), natural born U.S.
citizen. He has since dropped out of high school and has had no further
education afterwards. Based on public records, he has also been
convicted of THREE crimes: assault, rape, and shoplifting. He has
neither expressed or have shown how he can successfully get this job
done.
Now for you all to decide: Which applicant would most of you prefer me to hire for the job?

agreed. Thanks. Inherited citizenship. Many are taught through the left
the deception of no borders and alleged anchor babies. Parents pass on
their citizenship to their kids. Agreed. I'm part of the new right.
Sadly, the alleged and so called established right and left are
extremely infiltrated for centuries or longer through shadows like
Soros, Bilderberg, Rothschild, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Bill Gates, CIA,
CFR, FBI, UN, EU, Rockefeller, FRS, IRS, NWO, NAU, technocracy,
corporatism, monopolies, plutocracy, oligarchy, Facebook, Google,
Microsoft, Apple, Twitter, etc.

Matthew Alan Barreto That

won't blame you if you prefer me to chose applicant 2. Even though the
chances of the current employees in my makeup job would be put in danger
if I gave the rapist the job, not
everybody was made to have a high IQ! In other words, nobody is perfect!

Bobby Reynolds I
gave my answer in the thread. Hire neither and wait until you have
qualified applicants. However, I would say to the illegal immigrant,
because he has such an impressive education and seemingly strong work
ethic, that I would gladly sponsor and give whatever
support I could for him to take the necessary steps to become
employable. I would then encourage him to apply for and work towards his
citizenship even though he should have taken that responsibility
seriously and already completed some of those steps if he was looking to
be employed by a reputable company.
I'm sure as the hypothetical employer you have already thought about all this and realized that every problem has a viable solution and possess the foresight to know that you just simply could not hire some people whether you wanted to or not.
As I also said in my post within the thread of comments, if you present a problem only you're doing nothing to make a difference. Simply adding to the problem. If you want to make a difference then offer solutions.

Alan Barreto justice for all would mean to give people not too much
grace and forgiveness or maybe none at all which means deporting the
children regardless of their age. Justice means deportation. That is
justice. If you are not legal, you must be thrown out of the country.
That is justice for all.

think your trying to pull up the "Sanctuary City" thing. Well, I oppose
sanctuary cities. But let's say this job wasn't in the USA and the
government of that country wasn't bipartisan, but still a democracy with
a constitution demanding justice. Then what would you choose?
Remove
Joey Arnold Matthew Alan Barreto
how can you be both for and against sanctuary cities? A sanctuary city
is simply a collection or group of illegal aliens. That is what it is.
You can go there and find illegal or undocumented people you could hire.
You cannot or should not distinguish between the individual illegal and
the city of illegals. The first is singular and the second is plural.
Both are illegal and justice for all requires them all to be deported
out of the country right now. Close the borders. Build a wall. Do not
let new people in.

Patti Eddie Hampton The
citizen is here legally - and is a criminal. The non-citizen is here
illegally, therefore is also considered a criminal. Not as bad as a
rapist, etc., but still considered criminal. Is it criminal to hire a
non-legal immigrant? That is what you'd
have to ask yourself. If it's illegal to hire him because he isn't a
citizen, looks like you're stuck with the rapist ? If that were me and
it wasn't illegal to hire an illegal immigrant, that's most likely who I
would do with. However, this is definitely a hypothetical 'thing'
here... so I would be looking at a 3rd applicant.

themselves!
